Lamb Shank cut - 500g

Lamb shank is a cut of meat from the lower part of the lamb's leg, just below the knee. It's a tough but incredibly flavorful cut, rich in collagen and connective tissue. Due to its robust nature, lamb shank is best suited for slow-cooking methods like braising, stewing, or slow roasting, which break down the tissues, resulting in exceptionally tender, fall-off-the-bone meat and a rich, gelatinous sauce.
