A club steak is a tender and flavorful cut of beef, typically sourced from the short loin section of the cow, near the rib. In South Africa, it's often described as a sirloin on the bone or a T-bone steak without the fillet (tenderloin), with the bone often "chined" or "frenched" (meat cut away from the end of the bone for presentation
