Boerewors no pork - 500g

Boerewors is a traditional South African sausage, literally meaning "farmer's sausage" in Afrikaans. It's typically made from beef,  mixed with pork, and is characterized by its distinctive spiral shape and a high meat content (usually at least 90%). Heavily spiced with ingredients like coriander, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg, it's a staple at South African barbecues (braais) and is prized for its rich flavor and juicy texture.
